I grow them for color. I grow them to enjoy inside and out. I grow them for ingredients in salads. I grow them to make bouquets. I cut them, arrange them, dry them and press them.


I grow annuals, perennials and bulbs. And of course I grow flowering shrubs and trees too!
When I first started gardening I didn't see the point of growing anything that you couldn't eat or didn't have big wonderful flowers. I've matured a bit since then and now enjoy many plants for the color and texture of their leaves and bark. But at the end of the day flowers are still my favorites.
